the KÄMY ProjectThis year’s SCAPE meeting will be held at Lammi Biologial Station of the University of Helsinki located 100 km north of Helsinki (see map below). Founded in 1953, the station facilitates research as well as courses in biology and environmental sciences year round. The well-known Metapopulation Research Group has used Lammi as one of its research bases since 2007.
Accommodation will be in rooms accommodating 1-2 people. The registration fee covers all meals and accommodation during the meeting and is currently estimated at € 300,- per person. The fee may become reduced depending on funding and the final fee will be published on this website at least before registration starts.
It is possible to stay one night longer, from Sunday 27 October to Monday 28 October, against an additional fee. Contact us upon registration in case you want to make use of this possibility and to discuss transport back to Helsinki.
