To register for the SCAPE meeting, please send the following information as an email to Niek Scheepens (jofrsc[at]utu.fi). Please include answers to all 11 items. The deadline for registration is 1 September 2013.

Posters and presentations

Participants are encouraged to present their scientific work either as talk or on a poster. We hope to be able to grant a time slot to every person interested to give a talk. Each presentation is granted 15 minutes speaking time + 5 minutes for discussion. Posters should be hung up on poster boards upon arrival.

An abstract of maximum 250 words and title of maximum 25 words for a talk or poster should be sent to Niek Scheepens (jofrsc[at]utu.fi) no later than 15th September 2013.

Fees

The registration fee, currently estimated at € 300,- per person, includes accommodation at Lammi Biological Station from Thursday till Sunday, all meals and tea/coffee offered during the meeting and the exclusive SCAPE-transportation to and from Lammi with the arranged bus.

Cancellation policy: the cancellation policy is still unknown and will be published here before registration opens.
