Technical help on filling in the online application form
University Admissions Finland is a centralised service, which provides an online Application Template and offers technical help on how to fill it in. Help is only provided via e-mail and over the telephone.
When contacting the University Admissions Finland or the university, please tell your Application Form number, name, date of birth and the university and programme you are applying to. Please make sure to attach your Application Form number to all the documents. The Application Form number is printed on the top right hand corner of the Application Form you have printed out after submitting it online.

Student selections
University carries out the student selections. The university uses the services of University Admissions Finland for the preprocessing applications. Preprocessing includes sending out notices of receiving the applications and requests to send missing documents, as well as verfifying the correctedness and authenticity of the application documents. All application documents must be mailed to University Admissions Finland located in Helsinki. After preprocessing, the applications are sent to the university where student selections are carried out. University will notify both the succesfull and unsuccessfull applicants of the admission decision.
